PACO SORIANO PANDACAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE (PSPDC) was organized in 1977 for the purpose of engaging in activities as a credit cooperative under presedential Decree No. 175 and letter of implementation No.23 and was registered with Bureau of Agricultural Cooperative Development as full pledged cooperative with Certificate of Registration No. R-IV-CA-03344 dated January 19,1988. Its registration was confirmed by the Cooperative Development Authority on August 15, 1991 with Certificate of Confirmation No. MLA-C-834. The Cooperative Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws was amended under CRA No. ML-C-147-1216 dated September 29,2004.
The cooperative areas of operation shall be fifth and sixth district of Manila and its principal office located at 1343 Angel Linao
Street Paco Manila and with the satellite offices in the following locations:

PACO SORIANO PANDACAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE is engaged in receiving deposits and granting loans to its members also PSPDC has complied with requirements prescribed by the authority for issuance of new Certificate of Registration under article 144 of RA-9520 otherwise known as the "Philippines Cooperative Code of 2008". Its new Registration No. is 9520-16012225 and its date of re-registration was March 22,2010 with Cooperative Identification No. 0105163132. on June 17,2011, the cooperative.
